You will receive a set of aligners and will be instructed to wear each set for about two weeks before progressing to the next set in the series. The aligners should be worn for 20-22 hours a day, only removing them for eating, drinking, and oral hygiene routines. Approximately every six weeks, you will visit Youngquist Kennedy Orthodontics for a check-up. During these appointments, the orthodontists will assess your progress and provide you with the next set of aligners. They will monitor your treatment closely to ensure that your teeth are moving according to the plan.
